Speak to the chas accessor & he will tell you what you need the accreditation fee only covers that & tbh is a realitivly easy task but it wont cover other things you may require to meet the critea such as a first aider or someone with a supervisors qualification & in some instances asbetos awareness as well as an up to date risk assesment , method statement & falling at height recovery plan- you can employ a h&s company to do the work & submit it all but that comes at a cost - we had most of the stuff in place so it was an easy transition & we have now moved onto the Safe Contractors scheme which is also part of the group of ssip which are recognised within our industry
