What do sites generally require now a days reguarding Standerd heights for base outs I've seen a lot of sites where just all long in and out and birdcage lift heights do you on average use 6ft tubes or 5fts for standards obviously if just normal houses any other requirements as well

Usually 5s pal your internal overhaul heights are approximately 2.5mtrs and it can depend how high the fat bricklayers will lay the blocks

The TG:20 birdcage is a bit of a nightmare. 2.5m max first lift height, must have a foot tie, all brace to be continuous if it's free standing with at least one single brace going the opposite direction. All standards still need to be staggered, well 3 out the 4 in any one bay.
