its work not a concentration camp, people take days off because they can.
 
Send em offshore. I cant remember many guys dipping shifts out there. Don't these people have any consideration for harassed company bosses and project managers who have enough on their plates without the added stress of having irate clients complaining to them about their lack of manpower.
 
We had 9 in and 2 on booked holidays.

All finished by 11.00am.... the feckers are made of sugar and melted in the rain!!!
