Good luck, don't worry about easy or hard just enjoy it and put as much effort into it as you do your usual job and you won't go far wrong.

cheers lads, ive managed to get a hold of the training notes for it an just seems to be a lot to it!!

Thats the plan jason..no kills & a pass ill count thats as a succes

It can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it labscaff, just do as the others have said and you should have no problem

Unfortunately it's easy to pass, but you can learn a lot from it if you pay attention and talk with your instructor. Good luck mate.
