Morning Treacle, don't know if you've ever seen it but there's a book of offshore poetry and one in it entitled 'The Scaffolder'. The name of the book escapes me right now, but it was a fair depiction.
Maybe Master Adams can shed some light on this?
It was written by one of our Brothers north of the border whilst offshore in the North Sea.
