Cool Do you agree with the decision to strip Fred Goodwin of his knighthood?

No he was knighted in 2004 for services to banking long before all the major banks got us into this recession, granted he was at the top of the tree when RBS went t1ts up but his bank was only one of the main players to collapse in this fiasco

Agreed superscaff we all know what a greedy pr1ck he is, if he had been knighted in 2010 i would say let the ba5tard be hung drawn and quartered and never mind taking his title back strip him of all his assets as well, but we are not talking about his greed only his knighthood 8 years ago and that was earned when the country was in full swing and nobody thought we would ever see another recession

Agree with general manager on this , he recieved his knighthood for his achievements prior to the banking collapse. Government policy has contributed to the state this country is in. Over spending, foriegn aid etc etc. I'd like all the previous government to pay back thier wages and expenses for getting us in this mess. I'd also like to see these tax dodgers contributing to get us out of the mess were in.

British firms attacked for routine use of tax havens - Business News - Business - The Independent

.
But as we know MP's thrive on brown envelopes and dodgy handshakes

do you not think the way the banks were running with the lending of rediculas amounts of money, lending to any tom **** and harry waiting for the repayments to roll in and make a pritty buck.
but with the way the banks were lending to unfit and un relyable people in the banks hast to make cash they are the engineers of their own down fall ,so there for they are in deed responsable for the down turn of the banks from years of un safe borrowing looked all good on paper were due all this money over the next 25 years btu bang ow no they can not now pays for it 3 years down the line owwww sh1t

If he did something great enough to earn his knighthood, He should therefore have to do a Mischief as equal in comparison to his greatness to Lose his knighthood , for which he has not General . so as to answer your question correctly I would have to say No I do not Agree.

He comes across as a greedy , ignorant selfish Bastad none the less
