I spoke to a guy in the know, not wanting to say too much but dont think there is anything major happening just yet. Last I heard it had been put on hold for a couple of years, poss to do with budget cuts etc etc current climate blah blah... words to that effect anyway. I'll do some digging around and get back to you m8.
