Same happened to me, when they phoned me they said radius and max travel only.
When I got there 2 lads from up North had lodge forms given to them at the induction so I asked for mine, Dai Boswell called me in the office and said he would look in to it, then Phil Busby asked me to sign a waiver for the lodge, when I refused the area manager (some Mick from Pontardawe) called me in and basically said sign the waiver or get your 2hrs notice.
Guess what, I got my 2hrs notice
Apparently 90 miles each way isn't enough for Hertel to pay lodge.
They also told me on the phone 6 X 10hrs when I got there it was 4 X 8.5 one week and 5 X 8.5 the following week with weekends on a rota system.
I was glad to get out of there.
