I was working at Hinkley point in bridgewater ,as a site manager .
when asked by two lads if they could be transverd to sullom voe ,it was not a problem just a few forms to be filled in .
this was with cape so me think your man is just a bit incompatent with the paper work side .as long as you know where you want to go it should not be a problem.
