I am very greatful for your reply and I have asked Chris Eng who posted phot of a scaffold to a house which has nothing to do with the site removed from the blog as is totally misleading.
You can see my all though long detailed reply / blog that iun essence people like these should be commended for their free efforts, whether paid or not, they all work safely & within the law.
Again, thank you for your thoughts & I have forwarded these onto the client who brought it to our attention in the first place.
